I cannot get the Image BU to load or even find the External HDD. I have configured (2) Canon Wireless printers to each OS, "BUT" cannot find a driver to work on the HP Laserjet 4200. I have just downloaded the latest Universal driver from the Suppoirt website & it woirks on the WIN 7. However, IT DOES NOT work on the WIN 10. I have tried ALL of the Older drivers I have in Downloads back to 2014, and NONE of them work on EITHER.OS. I'm Frustrated & losing patience rapidly. I've been at this for 3 months. I DON'T have the CD that came with the printer since it's about 16 years old. If USB you will likely need to download the USB DOT4 communication install first. There should also be a driver available if you let Windows search for drivers online. I have a nearly 20 yr. old Laserjet 4200 which is connected VIA LPT1 & is Dedicated to the PC. It's NOT Shared, on a Network, etc. I had it working until late Dec., 2020 & an issue happened to this Dual-Boot (WIN 7 & WIN 10) PC after which NEITHER would load. I've reinstalled BOTH WIN 7 & WIN 10, and cannot get a Driver for the WIN-10.
