I can help you with that.To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, you can scan by clicking on the icon on your desktop with a name similar to Envy 7610 series, and then selecting the scan option. When this program opens, make sure you select that you are scanning a PDF. After scanning a document you will find an option to scan and add more pages.Please let me know if this allows you to scan.
