If I click the X and Chrome fully closes, when I launch Chrome again, I am logged out of the Gmail Hubspot extension.If by SSO you mean "Single Sign-On" software, then no, I do not have anything like that (I had to look that up online). I open Chrome and the Gmail icon is on my homepage. I click it and it takes me to Gmail, where I am already signed in.The setting you indicated is disabled.If it is the case that I am getting logged out of app.hubspot.com when I close Chrome, how are other people staying logged on when they close Chrome? When first setup, you would have had to add this information through the embedded web server of the printer? It will either be the email defaults or your email profile depending on how you originally configured the settings. I deleted all HP software from my Mac. Did a factory reset on the HP printer. Re-installed the HP printer software and got the same thing all over again. It was a back and forth thing with HP support. They do not have a clue and keep saying "Have a great day!" NOT! Was this reply helpful? Scanner function on MFP M277dw worked perfectly for a year and then refused to scan to email citing "password or username not correct". I was able to resolve this in two different ways.(1) I created a new outgoing email profile using my Yahoo email account instead of Gmail. This made me understand that it was a Gmail issue.(2) So I went into my Gmail settings. I verified that the "2 step verification" was turned off and then I tried turning ON the "Less secure app access" under Security tab. THIS ACTUALLY WORKED and now I have two ways to continue scanning to
