You might need to try a few other USB cables, a lot of them are charge only cables without the Data connections. DaveP PV Master & Musician Add bookmark #14 @JakeO, I just happened to find a video where a vape shop owner had the same problem and found a way to unlock the iStick Power mod. It looks like Eleaf dropped the ball on programming and you have to hit both buttons at exactly the same time or the mod won't sense the button presses as an unlock sequence. He uses a pair of scissors to push both buttons at exactly the same time and it works
