I think I found the solution to the Fan Noise problem on HP Omen laptops. I got mine back in 2019 and always had desktop replacement laptops and gaming laptops throughout the years making websites, music, gaming, video editing, graphic design and everything else so I assumed the fan noise was normal for so so long... It's when you're not doing the CPU intensive stuff that you notice the fan being loud and it's most annoying so why on Earth does it sound so loud if you're not doing anything intensive...? So I assumed fan noise was normal until I used some MacBooks and other PC laptops with much lower fan noise the last year or so, even when just browsing the net and doing non-CPU intensive tasks. The BIOS updates don't matter as much in this case, although one of them was dodgy and I did downgrade, not sure which version I'm on now but regardless, it's more to do with these types of over-clocked laptops and an interesting setting in the old Control Panel for Windows 10/11 under System & Security / Power Options.STEPSOpen Control Panel.
