Huh?We haven't yet received your log, but this I suspect that you or someone on your IP range, has triggered Google's abuse detection system, which is to stop Google Drive from turning into a file or movie sharing site. We have seen it before that they limit the download quota for movie and music files.We asked them about this, but got a boilerplate response about piracy. I'm just a normal Google Drive user who is using your program to back up files.It is a severe problem if Syncdocs is allowing corrupt files to be synced to the local drive! Posted 9 years ago # To follow up, I'm surprised that Syncdocs doesn't, at the very least, check that the size of a file transferred to the local machine matches the size of the source Google Drive file! How can you ensure file integrity otherwise?The download restriction I was experiencing earlier has ended. I'm assuming that since I had just finished a large sync using Syncdocs, that I had exceeded bandwidth limits and was temporarily prevented from further downloads. I have not received any indication from Google Drive that I have triggered any abuse limits. Posted 9 years ago # Syncdocs does do an integrity check on all files downloaded. Since version 6, this has been enhanced to re-check the file hash vs the Google hash, as media downloads are handled slightly differently on the Google server.
