It's not easy to do it virtually, that's why we exaggerated the recoil a bit. I mean, In real-life, you can feel the weight, the smell and the heat. In a game, you can't feel that, other than having the vision tricking you into think the weapon is really powerfull and is actually doing a lot of damage.
